If you happen to find yourself in Greensboro there's a great little family restaurant called Jack's Corner. They serve authentic Mediterranean food that's delicious and affordable. It's located at the corner of Spring Garden & ___ .

One of our favorite meals is the Mediterranean platter featuring: hummus, falafal, tabouli baba ganouj, pita and tatziki.

And yes, there really is a Jack.

There's a great new vintage store in Greensboro offering mens, womens and childrens clothing, shoes accessories and homegoods. It's very affordable and a pretty good selection.

The owner & the people we met there were extremely friendly and informative. We felt like old friends by the time we left. Drop by and support this locally owned store and keep your dollars in your community.

This is an Asian / Hispanic Market on High Point Road (past Saigon). I's huge and overwhelming, so allow yourself enough time to browse and read labels.

There's fresh produce, teas, hot sauces, noodles, cookware, candy and cookies from all over the world. I love this store because of it's unique offerings. The people who run the store don't speak very much English, so you're kind of on your own.
